I was sad I had not shoes until I met the man who had no feet.

2015 Mirror Image Edutainment, Alan John Mayer

A good omen?

I think of the challenges to be overcome by the woman who lost her arms and had to learn to do everything with her feet, and I count my blessings.

Or as my father used to tell me, “I was sad I had no shoes until I saw the man who had no feet.”

There is one life.
This life is God.
This life is perfect, right thought, right word, right action.
This right thought, right word, and right action are mine now.
I accept.
I give thanks.
I embrace my word.
I release.
And so it is and so be it.

Amen.
